Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Logistic Process Quality Operator to uphold quality across our distribution operations. You will perform inspections, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics and manufacturing issues.

The role includes auditing pallets and reviewing orders for customer requirement compliance and change management in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Job description

We're looking for a Logistic Process Quality Operator to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards throughout our distribution operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure product quality and support continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

What will you do?
  • Perform quality inspections and process controls across the logistics lifecycle to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
  • Help build a quality-focused culture in distribution sites by following procedures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with internal teams to communicate logistics and manufacturing issues so they can be resolved quickly
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained for rework and adaptation lines through careful change management
  • Use digital auditing tools to audit pallets, embedded cartons and trailers
  • Responsibilities also include product inspections, process improvement tasks, supplier quality inspections, and reviewing orders for special customer requirement compliance, and others tasks as assigned

  • Strong team work and integrity
  • Previous Schneider Electric experience preferred
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 42,432 to 63,648 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
