Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in warehousing or logistics, including leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a culture of workplace safety.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.

Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role oversees inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities while driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands‑on leadership, ensuring high levels of customer service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through effective warehouse management, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

This position supports first‑shift schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast‑paced operational environment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
