Job summary

Schneider Electric in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor automated machinery, adjust processes in real time, and perform setup and calibration for production runs.

You will conduct regular quality inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with maintenance to keep lines running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime may apply.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $18.00 - $28.90 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime payand may also includepremium pay or differntials, depending on location. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
