Jobot is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor for a permanent position in our manufacturing team. You will conduct regular quality audits across processes, utilize IQMS to track data, and ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.

You will also develop QC procedures and mentor staff. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality auditing, strong data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality auditor in manufacturing.
• Experience with IQMS or similar quality management system.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Utilize IQMS to track, analyze and report on quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Identify deviations from quality standards and take corrective action to rectify issues.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
• Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in the review of manufacturing processes and provide input on quality considerations.
• Understand and apply AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Auditor for a permanent position within our dynamic manufacturing team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality of our products and services, through rigorous quality checks and audits. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for ensuring that all our manufacturing processes meet our stringent quality standards and that any deviations are promptly addressed and rectified.
