Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor in Lynchburg, VA to ensure product quality across manufacturing processes. The role focuses on audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

You will use IQMS, adhere to AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards, train staff, coordinate with external auditors, and drive quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a quality auditor in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with IQMS or similar quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.

Responsibilities

Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Auditor for a permanent position within our dynamic manufacturing team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality of our products and services, through rigorous quality checks and audits. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for ensuring that all our manufacturing processes meet our stringent quality standards and that any deviations are promptly addressed and rectified.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular quality audits across all manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
2. Utilize IQMS to track, analyze and report on quality data, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
4. Identify deviations from quality standards and take corrective action to rectify issues.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
6. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and standards.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
8. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
9. Monitor the production process to ensure that it aligns with compliance regulations and quality standards.
10. Participate in the review of manufacturing processes and provide input on quality considerations.
11. Understand and apply all sections of AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality auditor role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with IQMS or a similar quality management system.
3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
5. Experience with or knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485
