The Shyft Group seeks a Quality Auditor for Utilimaster in Bristol, IN. Join a hands-on team focused on meeting and exceeding assembly standards. You will audit vehicles during and after assembly, document findings, mentor new employees on QA processes, and help drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing (or 1+ year in truck body/walk-in van manufacturing).
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and perform shop math.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; experience with quality systems preferred.

What you’ll do:

Ensure assembly operations meet quality standards by auditing processes, mentoring employees, and supporting continuous improvement.
