Job summary

The Shyft Group in Landisville, PA is seeking a Quality Auditor for Fleet Vehicles & Services. This regular, hourly non-exempt role will audit vehicles during and after assembly, mentor staff on QA standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include documenting audit findings, communicating quality issues to internal teams and suppliers, and verifying engineering changes for compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing (or 1+ year in truck body/walk-in van manufacturing).
• Skills: Read blueprints, technical documents; perform shop math; strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork; basic computer skills; experience with quality systems preferred.

What you'll do
