Job summary

The Shyft Group is hiring a General Assembler in Landisville, PA to assemble truck bodies and components using hand, air, and power tools. This regular full-time hourly non-exempt position pays $19.00 per hour and offers opportunity to grow within our fleet vehicles & services team.

You’ll follow Lean principles, maintain safe, clean work areas, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality standards across workstations while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes.
