Job summary

CSL Vifor in Dallas seeks a Center Quality Assurance coordinator to monitor plasma center processes, ensure compliance with CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements, and support training, audits, and continuous improvement.

You will perform QA reviews, manage training records, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with center management to drive corrective actions and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze situations with critical reasoning and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulatory training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report compliance status data to operational quality management.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement plans with center management.
• Represent the center during internal and external audits, respond to questions, and address quality concerns.
• Coordinate and manage training activities at the center level.
• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and associated documents.
• Maintain plasma center records QA review and ensure documentation and corrective actions are captured.
