Job summary

Adecco is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians to support the production of nicotine and caffeine pouch products in a clean, professional manufacturing environment in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long‑term career growth within a growing manufacturing environment.

As a QA Technician you will inspect products, document quality concerns, follow GMP and company procedures, and maintain a safe, organized work area on 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, QA, QC experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive inspection tasks throughout shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• No specific education requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual inspections of pouches for proper sealing, appearance, and product defects.
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns to Machine Operators and leadership.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive inspection tasks.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company quality procedures.
• Complete required quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, food‑grade manufacturing, and PPE requirements.

Shift and Pay Details

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM - 9:45 PM
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.

• No specific education requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

Work Environment

This position operates in a clean‑room manufacturing environment and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including: hairnets, safety glasses, masks, gloves, ear plugs, and lab coats.

Candidates must be comfortable working around nicotine and caffeine products.
