Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Quality Technician in Aurora, IL to perform inspections, sensory checks, and product release activities. The role offers pay at $21.00 per hour and opportunities to learn through Adecco’s Aspire Academy. Training is available for the right candidate eager to grow in quality.

Primary duties include SAP data entry, material inspection, and supporting CAPA and environmental monitoring programs. Adecco benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Quality Technician.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-processing, packaging, and finished goods inspections.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and quality checks.
• Complete final inspections and product release.
• Perform cleaning verification using ATP swabs and visual inspections prior to production.
• Maintain quality records and enter inspection results into SAP and other systems.
• Verify production documentation is completed accurately and in real time.
• Investigate and report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Support CAPA activities, root cause investigations, customer complaint investigations, and validation efforts.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging components.
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Support environmental monitoring and quality compliance programs.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
