Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring CTQ dimensional requirements and customer specifications are met. You will use precision gauging equipment, conduct VT/MT/PT tests, and validate manufacturing docs in SAP and other systems.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, strong QA documentation skills, and Level II VT/MT/PT certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional QA-related training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related industrial environment.
• Level II VT/MT/PT certification or ability to obtain certification before application.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify CTQ requirements and specs.
• Conduct Level II VT, MT, and PT inspections per procedures and standards.
• Review, validate, and approve documentation in SAP and quality systems.
• Create, verify, process, and close quality notifications; document inspection results and nonconformances.
