Job summary

Quest Global in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance professional to support CTQ measurements, QA/NDE documentation, and SAP/QN workflows on-site. You will conduct in-process and final inspections, maintain Level II certification, and collaborate with ME/DE and shop-floor supervisors to ensure compliance and productivity.

A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of quality experience are required; US citizenship is required due to project security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalence.
• Minimum of 5 years Quality experience.
• Level II certification in VT, MT & PT.
• Proficient with gauging and QA/NDE documentation.
• Proficient with SAP, OIL, SETP.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capable of CTQ measurements and documenting findings.
• Validate QA/NDE paperwork and upload reports to SAP/QN/SN.
• Create a Quality Notification (QN) in SAP and coordinate with ME/DE.
• Confirm operation completion in OIL.
• Create, verify, and close tasks via quality or service notifications.
• Recertify customer requirements to maintain Level II status.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection audits and present results.
• Cross train in GT & Combustion apps as required.
• Support manufacturing productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers on product specifics.
• Validate paperwork and communicate non-conformities.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
