ALTOR is seeking a Quality (QA) Technician to train Inspector/Packers, verify tool calibration, and audit the production line. The role collaborates with Production Supervisors and QA leadership to resolve quality issues, manage quarantines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime flexibility is expected as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience helpful.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is desirable.
• Experience with QA tools and inspection techniques preferred.

Aufgaben

• Train Inspector/Packers on QA procedures and safety.
• Conduct line QA inspections and coach staff on quality standards.
• Verify scales daily and document results; coordinate with supervisors on issues.
• Manage hold and quarantine processes and communicate unresolved problems to QA.
• Record inspections and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
