Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality initiatives across materials, processes, and finished goods. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing support role.
• Basic understanding of inspection tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Document findings clearly and accurately; elevate non-conformances and assist in resolution efforts.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions under the guidance of the Quality Manager or Director.
• Maintain quality records and follow established procedures in accordance with quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product flow and promote quality throughout production.
• Assist in supplier quality checks and help monitor vendor conformance when needed.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits and support follow-up activities.
• FAI reviews and approval
• DQR activities for customers
• Owner of FAI metric and SME
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality.
