Monogram Foods is seeking a QA Technician to assist the QA Supervisor and Manager in upholding Manufacturing Quality and Food Safety policies. You will monitor raw materials and finished products, enforce GMPs, and perform daily organoleptic testing with timely reporting.

English proficiency and basic math skills are required; bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strict adherence to safety procedures, and weekend/extended hours as

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in quality or related field preferred (min 6 months).
• Must be able to perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to speak/read/write English; bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and improve product quality in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.
• Oversee GMP adherence and sanitation in production areas.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine verifications for CCPs.
• Conduct organoleptic tests and report findings daily; support HACCP practices.
• Support training and promote safety and compliance across the team.
