Job summary

Monogram Foods in Massachusetts is seeking a QA Technician to assist the QA Supervisor and Manager in upholding Manufacturing Quality and Food Safety policies. You will interact across departments to support production of safe, high-quality foods and promote a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring product SKUs and materials, enforcing GMPs, performing inspections and testing, conducting organoleptic evaluations, training staff, and supporting HACCP and calibration

Qualifications

• Proficient in clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate across departments and teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product SKUs and recommend improvements with R&D when needed.
• Monitor incoming raw materials and finished products; conduct organoleptic evaluations.
• Enforce GMPs and complete pre-operational inspections daily.
• Perform daily QA checks including HACCP, calibrations, and thermometric verifications.
• Train employees on QA procedures as directed by QA leadership.
• Assist in ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
