Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC, an American Foods Group company, is hiring a Quality Assurance Sorter at our Acme plant in Green Bay, WI. You will sort carcasses and parts, identify defects, and separate unfit products from those fit for human food, applying HACCP and sanitation principles.

Ideal candidates have on‑the‑job knowledge of food safety, basic microbiology/chemistry, and experience with GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and food defense. Training and hands‑on practice are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality.
• Must complete SQF, GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP training.
• Knife handling: straight knife, steel, hook.
• Food defense awareness.

Aufgaben

• Conduct carcass and carcass part sorting activities.
• Identify condemnable conditions or defects before inspection.
• Separate unwholesome from wholesome carcasses and parts.
• Apply basic microbiology, chemistry, sanitation and HACCP concepts.
