C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Caldwell, Idaho to ensure safety and quality across our food production. You will conduct inspections, tests, and audits to uphold company standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to sanitary practices aligned with GMP and HACCP guidelines. Overtime flexibility is expected to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and QA practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor critical control points and production parameters; collaborate on corrective actions.
• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance across equipment, facilities, and personnel.
• Assist in HACCP audits and maintenance; participate in HACCP meetings.
