Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of our food products. You will conduct inspections, tests, and audits throughout the production process, upholding our standards of excellence.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining a sanitary and efficient manufacturing environment while supporting training and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting materials and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain thorough records of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production parameters and collaborate to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure sanitation standards and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Assist with HACCP plans and participate in HACCP meetings and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training of production personnel.
