Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Able to perform basic mathematical equations.
• Familiarity with SQF, FDA (FSMA), HACCP and other regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee documentation and report quality issues.
• Verify Critical Control Points and calibrate scales and lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with allergen procedures, GMPs, SSOPs and Food Safety Plan (HAACP).
• Conduct weekly environmental swabs and monthly inspections of plant areas.
• Test and evaluate raw materials and finished product.
• Review production folders as part of the positive release program.
