Qualifications

• Four weeks of training completed before procedures are performed.
• Ability to perform calculations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples for analysis and distribute them appropriately.
• Perform chemical and physical analysis according to laboratory procedures.
• Record all product analyses in the laboratory system.
• Communicate critical information regarding results clearly.
• Maintain and clean all equipment and lab area.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures in the plant.
• Provide written reports when requested by QA Manager or QA Leader.
• Cover QA responsibilities during the absence of QA Leader.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
