Qualifications

• Knowledge of food manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality tasks and verify adherence to the site QMS and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP food safety plans.
• Test raw materials and finished products and document results.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote food safety.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and CAPA when needed.
