Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of product conformance and determining defect levels.
• Inspecting equipment for allergen contamination and ensuring proper changeovers.
• Maintain HACCP and organic records for the department.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and coding according to requirements.
• Collect samples and arrange shipments for COA testing.
• Perform sanitation audits and ensure GMP and organic program compliance.
