SnackCraft in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to safeguard food safety and quality throughout manufacturing. You will test products, review paperwork, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HARPC, and regulatory standards.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical testing, and clear communication with production teams. You will contribute to the lab's cleanliness and maintain documentation, while supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with QA inspections and testing for food products.
• Understanding of HACCP/HARPC, GMP and regulatory requirements is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Follow GMP and Safety policies to ensure HACCP/HARPC compliance.
• Perform attribute testing at set frequencies such as net weight and moisture.
• Verify that documentation is legible, accurate, complete and archived.
• Prepare and verify customer samples meet requirements and pass inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of the QA lab and equipment.
• Perform CCP testing as part of quality controls.
• Inform production leadership of safety, out-of-spec issues immediately.
