Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. is seeking a Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance Line Technician in Lynn, MA to enforce HACCP, SQF and GMPs on the production floor.

You will conduct routine tests on environment and product, perform daily documentation, monitor the line and sanitation, and support audits and CAPA processes while maintaining precise records. Strong math, computer and communication skills are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and QA documents.
• Strong math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs).
• Perform routine tests on in-process and finished products.
• Complete daily documentation and data entry.
• List quality issues in a report and assist audits.
• Monitor production line and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with QA inspections and CAPA reporting.
