Job summary

Belvac in Lynchburg, VA, seeks an experienced Supervisor of Quality Assurance to lead inspectors, programmers and metrology staff onsite. You will schedule work, drive the daily QA activities across facilities and ensure compliance with quality specifications.

You will develop inspection plans, manage non-conforming material, support root-cause analysis, and help maintain ISO 9001 certification while promoting continuous improvement and customer-focused quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory or QA lead in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods.
• Experience with a wide range of measuring instruments and engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; computer skills required.
• Effective supplier relations and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily QA activities across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans and 100% inspection programs.
• Manage NCRs and disposition in QMTS and MRB systems.
