Belvac is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead the QA team at our Lynchburg, Virginia site. The role oversees inspectors, programmers and metrology, schedules shifts, and champions a customer-first quality culture across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory QA role in manufacturing, strong GD&T and metrology knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. ISO9001 experience and supplier relations are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or Quality Inspection Lead role experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques and metrology equipment.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of measuring instruments, GD&T, and risk assessment.
• Proficient in MS Office and business operating systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective supplier relations experience and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the Quality Assurance team of inspectors, programmers and metrology across multiple facilities.
• Schedule work hours and direct daily activities of Quality Technicians and Inspection staff.
• Support ISO9001 certification and internal audits; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage NCRs, containment, disposition and corrective actions in QMTS.
• Maintain calibration programs and metrology labs; ensure 100% inspection and dock-to-stock as required.
