Belvac is seeking a Supervisor for Quality Assurance to lead a team across several sites in Lynchburg, VA. You will manage inspectors, programmers and metrology in daily QA activities and ensure adherence to inspection plans and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory QA experience in manufacturing, with strong metrology and software skills. Onsite work in Lynchburg, with opportunities to influence continuous improvement and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or Quality Inspection Lead role experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques and metrology equipment.
• Must possess computer skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and business operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Assurance team of inspectors, programmers and metrology across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement inspection management plans and 100% inspection standards.
• Support ISO9001 certification and internal audits.
