Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Beatrice, Nebraska to lead quality inspection teams and ensure conformance with design specs.

You will develop quality processes, manage inspectors, and collaborate with design engineering, vendors, and SAP/iBase systems to maintain product quality and build readiness. This role offers growth within The Toro Company’s Exmark division.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing tech, nondestructive testing, or equivalent preferred; high school or equivalent required.
• Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models; familiar with CAD, Polyworks, and related inspection software.
• Working knowledge of SAP transactions related to quality, iBase, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy quality processes and standards; maintain records and documentation to comply with organizational standards.
• Direct daily activities of the quality inspectors (assembly, receiving, finished goods); interview, train, and appraise performance of inspectors.
• Support receiving, finishing, and weld teams to ensure a reliable supply of conforming components for production.
• Partner with design engineering, vendors and suppliers on dimensioning/tolerancing as they relate to finished goods quality.
• Develop and deploy quality processes and standards; maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with organizational standards.
