Job summary

Exmark Division, The Toro Company, Beatrice, NE, seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality processes and supervise inspectors across assembly and finishing. You will ensure documentation, coordinate with engineering and vendors, and uphold conformance to standards.

The role requires GD&T expertise, blueprint/CAD interpretation, and SAP experience, with a focus on delivering reliable components for production. Be part of a team that values growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s in manufacturing technology, nondestructive testing or related field preferred; high school required.
• Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models; familiar with design and inspection software.
• Experience with SAP transactions related to quality, inventory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy quality processes and standards with documentation.
• Direct daily activities of quality inspectors in assembly, receiving, and finished goods.
• Support receiving, finishing, and weld teams to ensure conforming components.
• Collaborate with design engineering, vendors on tolerancing and finished goods quality.
