Reyes Holdings is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Distribution Center to lead the quality system, ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe products, and govern the Quality Management System in line with the organization’s strategy.

You will drive improvements, deploy quality standards, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize site initiatives while promoting food safety and regulatory compliance. The role includes supporting audits, training, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the distribution center's quality system as the QA Supervisor to ensure high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products.
• Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site and enhance procedures to meet key metrics.
• Collaborate with management to set site priorities based on the Quality Strategy.
• Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong quality mindset.
• Sustain a compliant Quality Management System with corrective actions, audits, and training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of QMS through data analysis and trend evaluation.
