Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the distribution center’s quality system, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality products. You will govern the QMS, deploy the quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement across quality and food safety.

You will collaborate with site leadership to set priorities, support IFS implementation, and maintain an efficient QMS with audits, training, and corrective actions. Data-driven improvements and CAPA are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related experience and leadership exposure.
• Alternative: high school diploma with extensive related experience and leadership.
• Experience in quality systems and compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution center's quality system to ensure high-quality, safe products and legal compliance.
• Govern the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety.
• Deploy the Quality Strategy at the site and align procedures with key metrics.
• Collaborate with management to set site priorities based on Quality Strategy.
• Support implementation of International Featured Standards and promote quality culture.
• Maintain an efficient QMS with corrective actions, audits and training programs.
• Drive improvements via data analysis and trend evaluation using digital tools.
• Manage quality incidents and stock recovery with CAPA actions.
