Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in quality assurance for program services and operations, including sub-contractors.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, standards, and internal policies; report non-conformities.
• Oversee and ensure quality of work by program staff and subcontractors; coordinate corrective actions.
