Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance & Subcontractor Coordinator for the Youth MAP program in San Bernardino, CA. You will oversee QA for staff and subcontractors, ensuring fidelity, timeliness, and budget alignment.

Join a trauma‑informed organization focused on rehabilitative services, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and a competitive hourly rate. You will collaborate with project managers and the field to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in social service or criminal justice field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Criminal Justice Evidence‑Based Practices.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, project management, or related role.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing quality assurance for program services and subcontractors.
• Monitor contract development, compliance, and quality assurance for services.
• Step in for the Program Director in their absence.
• Oversee quality of work by staff and subcontractors to meet fidelity, timelines, budgets, and standards.
• Maintain records of quality assessments, inspections, and non‑conformities.
