The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:30am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years in social service or criminal justice.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in Criminal Justice.
• Proven QA or project management experience.
• Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in quality assurance for program services and sub-contractors.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, standards, and policy.
• Oversee quality of work by staff and sub-contractors.
• Develop QA plans and integrate QA into schedules and budgets.
• Document quality assessments, inspections, and non-conformities.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and management.
• Foster communication between subcontractors and project teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk management.
