Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance & Sub-Contractor Coordinator for our MAP program in Barstow, CA. The role ensures quality across program services and subcontractors, with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement driving project fidelity and on-time delivery.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm schedule at $32.00 hourly, supporting collaboration with project managers and internal teams to meet contracts and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Criminal Justice Evidence-Based Practices
• Proven experience in quality assurance, project management, or a related role.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in management of all quality assurance for program services and operations as well as sub-contractors.
• Ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of contract development, compliance and quality assurance for program services.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed by program staff and sub-contractors.
