Capital Vacations in Hollywood Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to join the team. The role focuses on finalizing sales responsibly, reviewing contracts with new owners, and ensuring ethical, compliant transactions that protect both customer and company.

The ideal candidate will have QA or sales experience in vacation ownership, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Notary Public credentials preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as final step in sales process, ensuring accuracy, ethics, and compliance.
• Review contracts with new owners and verify purchase details.
• Educate owners on their purchase and answer questions.
• Help reduce contract cancellations by reinforcing ownership value and ethics.
• Prepare and organize contract files for funding and document management.
• Maintain QA recordings and documentation within timelines.
• Identify misrepresentation concerns and communicate findings to Sales Management.
• Assist with cancellation retention while following company procedures.
• Maintain records and complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to protect the integrity of the sales process.
