The role emphasizes contract accuracy, regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional owner experience, with regional travel to Capital Vacations properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
• Notary Public commission required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain contracts and financial terms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional contract closings with new vacation owners.
• Explain purchase agreements, ownership benefits, financial obligations, and contract terms.
• Verify owner information and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reinforces confidence in the purchase.
• Escalate compliance concerns and customer disputes to leadership.
