Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to verify service quality and ensure compliance across supported living, DDA, developmental and behavioral services, and employment programs. You will assist in planning, policy maintenance, forms development, and program assessments.

The role requires at least 3 years in disability services, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel to multiple locations with flexible hours. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with individuals and programs for people with developmental disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have solid knowledge of adult training techniques and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quality of services provided and compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations across programs.
• Assist with strategic planning, policy and forms maintenance and development, and program assessments.
• Travel to various program locations and work varied hours.
