This is a full-time position with regular daytime hours. The role emphasizes data analysis, QA training for staff, site monitoring, and collaboration with directors to meet regulatory requirements and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Services field.
• Preferred at least two years of experience in quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites for quality assurance concerns as scheduled or upon request.
• Monitor sites and follow up on abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations.
• Track, review and follow-up on investigations and quality issues.
• Analyze data to inform management about service delivery quality.
• Provide in-the-moment training to staff when issues are observed.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement and refine QA initiatives.
