Dungarvin inc is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for Supported Living programs. The role focuses on verifying service quality and regulatory compliance across multiple programs, and assisting with policy development and program assessments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years experience with developmentally disabled populations, a HS diploma or GED, and preferred degrees in related fields. Travel and driving license required.

• 3 years of experience working with individuals and programs for people with developmental disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preference for college degree in special education, social work, psychology, or related field.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will verify the quality of the services provided and compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations in programs acrossDungarvinInc, including Supported Living services, Developmental Disability Agency (DDA) services, developmental and behavioral services, and employment services.Assistwith strategic planning, policy/systems/forms maintenance and development, and program assessments.

WhatMakes You a Great Fit

Preference given to applicants with a college degree in special education, social work, psychology, or related field is preferred.

Must have a strong commitment tothe on–goingimprovement of services for individuals with disabilities.

Must have knowledge of adult training techniques and quality assurance processes.

Must have software and computerproficiencyincludingMicrosoft Word and Excel.

Abilityto travel to various program locations and work various hours.

Have a valid Drivers License and a reliable vehicle.
