New Generation Wellness is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to receive, log, and investigate customer complaints and adverse events, and to respond to customers professionally across email, phone, and portals. The role also manages the GMO program and is the primary contact for all GMO program audits.

You will maintain the complaint log, track quality metrics, and report results to upper management. On-site in Colorado Springs, the schedule is Monday–Friday, with competitive health plans,

• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience required.
• Familiar with GMPs, preferably 21 CFR part 111.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
• Experience with investigative tools (5 Whys, fishbone, etc.).
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, GMPs, and government regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing QA is preferred.
