We're hiring a Process Engineer to own the performance of our commercial production lines: find the biggest sources of loss, fix them with data, and make the improvements stick. If you want measurable impact on yield, OEE, and cost, and you want to see it on the floor rather than in a slide deck, this is that job.We welcome candidates from anywhere in the U.S. and provide relocation assistance to Colorado Springs.What you'll ownLine performance: Yield, First Time Right (first-pass quality), scrap, downtime, and OEE on existing lines. You'll analyze production data, pinpoint the largest losses, and lead projects to reduce them.Process control: Critical Process Parameters, Critical Quality Attributes, and control strategies. You'll use SPC and process capability analysis to cut variability.Root cause and CAPA: Lead investigations into process-related deviations and OOS results, author CAPAs with Quality Assurance, and verify they work.Continuous improvement roadmap: Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap across all lines, ranked by impact on quality, throughput, and cost. Lead value stream mapping, waste reduction, and Kaizen events using Lean and Six Sigma.Equipment and validation: Lead or support equipment projects from procurement through FAT/SAT, installation, and IQ/OQ/PQ under 21 CFR Part 111.Floor support: Be the go-to technical resource for Operations, train operators on process changes, maintain SOPs and batch records through change control, and support new product transfers into manufacturing.You'll work with: Operations, Quality, and Product Development.
