Job summary

New Generation Wellness seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to receive, log, and investigate customer complaints and adverse events. You will manage the GMO program and interact with customers across multiple channels from our Colorado Springs site.

Requirements include 2 years in QA, GMP familiarity (21 CFR part 111 preferred), and strong documentation skills. On-site work, with growth potential into senior QA roles.

Qualifications

• 2 years of quality assurance experience required.
• Familiar with GMPs, preferably 21 CFR part 111.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
• Knowledge of investigation tools such as the 5 whys, fishbone, etc.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to read SOPs, GMPs, and government regulations.
• Ability to perform thorough investigations and document findings.
• Experience in a QA role supporting a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the complaint log and responds to customer complaints and dissatisfaction with finished products.
• Track quality metrics and report to upper management regularly.
• Field customer questions about products with professionalism.
• Maintain assigned customer portals.
• Maintain the GMO program and related documentation.
• Assist with RMA inspections and tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
