Firefly Children and Family Alliance is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our CCDF team in Indiana. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation and billing for client services, performing audits, and enhancing quality improvement efforts across programs.

Responsibilities include audits, feedback, corrective action planning, and staff training, with a flexible schedule and a collaborative, mission-driven environment dedicated to supporting vulnerable families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to use Access, Excel, internet, and email.
• Flexible schedule; some evenings and Saturdays may be required.
• Organized, detail oriented and dependable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Quality audits of program records with accuracy.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to program Directors.
• Assist in development of Corrective Action Plans.
• Participate in Performance and Quality Improvement efforts.
• Provide training and feedback to staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our CCDF team. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing critical functions for the agency to ensure that all client service is accurately documented and billed.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Monitoring (100%)

• Complete accurate quality audits of program records.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to program Directors regarding critical documentation errors and needed corrections.
• Assist in the development of Corrective Action Plans related to deficiencies identified in the record review process.
• Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement functions of the agency, as indicated and requested.
• Provide required or needed training and feedback to staff regarding services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge and ability to use Access, Excel, internet and e-mail programs.
• Experience in working with a diverse population.
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
• Organized, detail oriented and dependable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. Some evenings and/or Saturdays may be required.
