Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking a Quality Assurance RN for a 1.0 FTE full-time position with day shifts on weekdays and weekends. This role provides assessment, evaluation and support for quality initiatives across PHS Oregon, ensuring compliance with CMS, TJC, and hospital requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary quality improvement projects.

The position collaborates with physician leadership, Directors and Managers to implement risk monitoring and educational activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License at hire.
• 5 years of clinical experience.
• 5 years hospital experience in progressively responsible positions.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication with physicians and management.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, evaluation and support for quality initiatives within PHS Oregon.
• Manages initiatives to comply with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements and The Joint Commission.
• Works with physician leadership, Directors and Managers on quality improvement projects and education.
• Acts as a facilitator and mentor for Department teams related to performance improvement.
