Providence Health & Services is seeking an RN - Quality Assurance for the Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center and Providence Milwaukie Hospital. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5 years of clinical and hospital experience. Responsibilities include managing quality initiatives and collaborating with hospital leadership. Pay range is $50.14 - $77.83.

Qualifications

• Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• 5 years of clinical experience.
• 5 years of hospital experience in progressively responsible positions.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon.
• Manages initiatives to comply with Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary quality improvement projects.
