Providence Health & Services in Oregon is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Quality Assurance role. This full-time position is primarily located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, with occasional travel to Providence Milwaukie and Newberg Medical Centers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Oregon RN license, and 5 years of clinical and hospital experience. The role emphasizes quality initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards, requiring effective communication and leadership skills.
RN - Quality Assurance located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (primary) and Providence Milwaukie Hospital (secondary) with occasional travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full‑time day shift position (Monday‑Friday, 7:30am‑4pm).
Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon. Manages initiatives to comply with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission, administrative and program personnel requirements, and third‑party payors. Works with physician leadership, directors, and managers to develop and implement quality efforts, including risk monitoring and reduction in clinical and non‑clinical systems, and coordinates multidisciplinary quality improvement projects. Acts as facilitator and mentor for departmental teams related to performance improvement. Authorises and makes decisions on recommendations and innovative solutions.
