Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, evaluation and support for quality initiatives within PHS Oregon.
• Support compliance with CMS, TJC and third-party payors; coordinate risk monitoring and improvement projects.
• Facilitate performance improvement efforts and mentor department teams; guide decisions and implement innovative solutions.
